A promotion video I made for menace's "Crater Island" map.

Thanks to everyone who participated in this. Credits are given in the video.

Tried to get rid of the black bars using youtube's yt:crop tag, but it didn't work. Seems I'll have to reupload the video sometime with different settings & a different scale.

Other than that I've put in the tag yt:quality=high in order to let the video always play in double quality + double window size.

3 actors participated in this video overall, as mentioned in the credit clips at the end, but most of the scenes have been done with 2 actors only. Big thanks to Neg and Menace, once again!
 
The drop onto the jeep was a piece of inspiration from Just Cause 2.

I've done some flythroughs in dedicated mode, which was the easiest part, but it took us over 4 hours to get all the necessary footage.

After Effects CS4.

Quite a piece of work that was.

After the final shot, I had to pick the best between 67 clips on my HDD recorder (I used about 15% of the whole footage). That plus the editing and stitching took me about 10 hours in total. After that it was up to rendering multiple times, resolving quality issues, and finally arranging the sound tracks.
