You are both much more organised than I am lol - I just hit record and leave it til I'm finished for the night, I guess I'm too lazy to start a new recording for every match lol. My software does have a stop button however - it just doesn't have a pause button, which would be handy, so I didn't have to record all the lobby stuff, but kept it all in one, long recording.
I actually really enjoy the editing process, when I've got rid of the unnecessary stuff like lobby etc that is - I don't mind spending hours staring at my monitor, and I get a real buzz out of seeing the finished project.
@DEEZ, my editing software does support .png files - but not with transparent backgrounds - the only way I've managed to get good quality transparencies is by using the TIFF format.
I can even use psd format with my video editor, but somehow the transparencies still show up as black backgrounds even when saved as an index file with no background. I researched this a little while ago, and apparently the TIFF format is indeed the only way to get good transparencies with the MAGIX video editing software that I use. No big deal really, I just have to investigate the colour now - to see why it looks a little flat etc. I'll get there eventually
