It means neighborhood but not an urban, downtown setting. Suburbs are the areas outside large cities that are mostly residential.

I did it just came up with cars lol but i think i know what to do. im gona recreate somewhere me & my friends play football occasionly yay also i might recreate a basketball court we also used to play football any1 got an idea on how i could make a basketball net? i wont recreate the council estate i grew up at because thats too urban & i dont think any objects or fences are ugly enough for it lol. im gona recreate nn5 grafitti on this map tho....god the ppl at my town are idiots |

yeh you have to type in suburban town if you want a good idea of what to make, ive already started on mine and it looks good.

oh well my entry is Forest Hills East.
quite small but detailed close quater to mid range works well here. sniping would be suicide.
