Want to describe your map and let everybody know what all is in it?  Do you have secret rooms or places that probably will not be found otherwise?  Do you just want to review somebodies map?  What's new or original in your map?

This is your place to put as much detail in an explanation about your map as possible.

Just a quick "review" of a level I played last night.

DWC-76's  Watery Wonderland

What were the chances that I'd actually join up with that match on random hey?

Anyways, it is a quite well laid out level that I, unfortunately, did not explore thoroughly while playing the match. You see, it is extremely well built for snipers, and we were in a near full match. There are a number of ways to make your way around to the rear of the other base though, if you are quick enough. Those being: through the centre, underwater, or around the far edges (where there is slight cover).

My favorite part of the level: Definitely the explosives. DWC probably heard how excited I got over those. (sorry btw Wink )

Least favorite part: Hard to move around without being sniped. But that's just the nature of the beast.

Overall, a very well laid out map that is a blast to play on. Definitely worth checking out if you havn't already.

rockdock: Thank you for the kind comments. If you have this downloaded, please redownload for this map has been updated with some really nice features. If not downloaded, try to get in another game with us. If I don't have you as a friend, I will add you today.

This map is friendly to the sniper on the outside and to the run-n-gunner on the inside. The addition of the rollercoaster has provided a little extra cover from those damn snipers. This map is very watery, hence why it is a waterpark, but there is more than one way to get around without using the water. This map plays well in all modes but shines on CTD (all my maps are pretty much designed for CTD) and always keeps the battle packed with action.

I'll see you at the Watery Wonderland!

Yeah, I had your old one in my rotation last night.  Even though I was a sniper it was still making me mad with the lack of cover, I couldn't leave the barge without getting shot.  I didn't look at it in the editor, but I should, the spawn points seemed kinda weird.  Is there a pattern to the way you laid them out?  Or they all mixed all over the place?  Overall, it was a good concept with a good look, it's just a little hard to play with the lack of cover.  I will have to re-download the updated one with the roller coaster.  Also I couldn't see a reason to get in the boats.  Everybody I saw get in a boat got sniped by me, but then again boats are noisy.
I will download the new one this evening and put it in my rotation.

saxc

I am putting out a map soon. I think it's gonna be the best map i've ever made. Grin
There are two towers, and a bunch of underground tunnels from one to the other tower.
It also has a road from the one top too the other.
About 40% of the map is buildt with colonnial fences.
I'm just going to set out multiplayer objects and occlusion blocks before I post it.
It's kind of a medium/small map. Wink

The best ideas come when you are in the middle of making it and play testing it.  The original ideas just start the process, at least for myself.

I've just tested 3 maps in Editor mode: "UFO" and "Beasts of Freninj" by saxc, and "Pools of Blood" by C_H_E_R_U_B1-1.
My reviews:

First of all, Beasts of Freninj looks amazing! Shocked The fact that you can go inside that "monster" makes it even better! This map is
very good for stealth campaigns or sniping, but its also good for close combat, especially when you're inside the monster and going to
attack snipers who might be lurking there, or when you're throwing a grenade from above into the interior, so the enemies below you
get blasted to death. lol.

UFO also looks very good; it's built highly accurate. Nice detail work!
It seemed to be good for sniping firstly, but it is better for mid-range shooting and stealth attacks i think. The tunnel system
(nice idea btw) can be used for sneaking into the enemy base i think.

Pools Of Blood
A cool idea! You've put very much effort in it, C_H_E_R_U_B1-1!
I think it looks very good, but a bit unfinished in some of the areas. Some more detail objects, then it will be perfect!
This map is a 100% close combat map. Commando or Guerilla weapon set highly recommended.
Apart from that, i've detected two bugs:
-There's a platform in the middle of the pool, but you can't get on it. That means you can't play "Uprising" yet. Lower the platform.
-While heading for the UFLL base, i came up against a block, which was too low, so i had to crouch to get through. When i
was going back to the pool, the block was invisible, so i came up against for the second time. 1. Lift the block. 2. Fix the invisible-block-bug
by covering that spot with another block.

Thank you for the great review xWraV3nCLaWx Grin

UFO
I actualy made the tunnels first. The UFO was the last thing i made.
I planned it to be a snipermap, but it turned out to fit all load outs.
This is my favourite map Cheesy

Beast of Freninj
I started with the fort, and made the apr bunker.
It wasn't until the end I came up to make the monster.
First I thought I would make a sniper cliff, but that turned out to suck.

ATRIUM: NIRVANA

This is the 3rd and final map from the Atrium series. This map removes the walls and structure the previous two Atrium maps became known for, and replaces it with an open setting with few structures. It's a peaceful, tranquil setting designed to relieve of all lifes worries...that is until the APR and UFLL arrive.

Teams spawn outside the main area and have two main entrances each. The battle will take place on many levels and fronts. Not a large map, but broken up to create a larger feel. Sniping is possible but not favorable as the sight lines limit that class.

Comments and suggestions are welcome. This may be my last one for PS3 for awhile, so enjoy.

Here's a few pics:
