I bet if you went around just hip-firing the AR-16 all the time, it'd be more accurate than almost any gun aimed down the sights.

Which is about the only way I'd use it, for an assault rifle, the scope bothers me. (But for everyone else it's fine)

Thought I'd continue our FC2 gun talk. 

Hosted a little match just a couple of minutes ago. Dunno whether I played well, or the other team just sucked... but I think I'll add a new weapon to my "favorites": The Desert Eagle .50.

That may be a surprise, as this is a gun which seemed totally useless. But that's not the case. It takes a long time to get the hang of it properly. But once you do, you will own with that thing. Of course, you may not be able to go in rambo-style and own a whole squad with it, but you could try by sneaking and picking off 1 by 1.

Incase you confront someone up close, try using it without the scope. It'll be very difficult to strike down a gunner at a close range using the .50. At the beginning, if you never used it before, it might be so frustrating that you might chuck your controller into the wall. But that's how it might be with every gun except LMGs and assault rifles.

The gun is underpowered, it takes usually 2 shots to kill someone (except headshots), at very close distances it takes a good shot to the back or the chest.
Once you get the operation manual for it, that thing becomes about twice as accurate as before, which makes it more deadly of course.

It seems I caused a little .50 battle today. As I had the best score with it, some players decided to use it too, as they must have thought they could easily own with it. But they quickly changed their guns again. LOL

So I've just been in a little match - despite the fact you can consider FC2 dead - and had a bad fight with some team killer asswipes. Now "why are you posting it, teamkillers are a common thing" you might ask.

...Yes, they are, but not 3 in one match, of which 2 are killing only one person, you know.

At first I've been killed by some guy with an IED, and then a second guy on my team snipes my ass away - twice. I switched the team on the next round, but that's not where it ended: A third guy, on the other team, decided to blow my ass off. He didn't do it more than once, but what made me wonder quite a lot is that firstly one of them who was on a teamkilling rampage, stopped as I switched the team, and the others teamkilled me, but nobody else. :-/

The host was not playing, and voting was off, so there was no way to ban them.

If I had met them before, it might've been halfway understandable, but I am quite sure I haven't even seen any of them before. Something was odd. Probably one of the oddest stories that happened to me on FC2. lol

Who knows. But they already started killing me when I didn't even start playing properly.

Anyway. I've been accused of cheating once again today. I think it's just about enough. I'm fed up with the whole sh!t really. They're just about to light the touchpaper of my annoyance, and expel me from the game. I've got better stuff to do than dealing with a barrage of idiocy coming from true game spoilers who apparently make it their main task to upset people who beat them. I want to play games for fun, not for getting pissed. Man...
