I would like a game that is fun to play.

1. Clear Water that you can see through and water that looks good (like in all the previous Far Cry Games)

2. Vehicles that are faster and ones that you can get in and out of quicker - also the ATV that does bunny hops and  vehicles which dont burst into flames at the slightest bump. (like in the previous Far Cry games)

3. I would like the hollow items in the editor to have bottoms so they are not see through, and some items that are like the shape of OCC Blocks - like lego snap neatly together in all directions.

4. Lots of fake plants and trees that do not use up a lot of resources

5. More of everything else - better game modes and better player movement.
They really didn't need to make Far Cry 3 so quick, a good update that fixes the above and some downloadable items would make me more than happy.

More pieces that move, fans, curtains, etc.  More pieces to use as flooring or walls, etc.
A list of extended background detail... for example:  the square that the entire map is setup on.  There should be scenery beyond that so as not to have an abrupt edge to the map.

more map maker stuff like placable fire height controllable grass, wind direction rain-fall and the ability to have water at different heights in different places and to hollow out cliffs without it all collapsing and everything would eventualy break if you shot it enough.

Like Champ said - water, water and water. It's like swimming through raw sewage in FC2  Grin
And, as CHERUB says, I can't see it being too much trouble to allow water at different levels on different grid squares either - in the FC2 editor, the water level is active only when the water is visible in that grid square, so why not allow for height change per grid square.

IMO the boats are the best vehicles in the game anyway - far quicker than cars/trucks, and how much fun would it be to go plunging down a water fall in a boat or to navigate some rapids Grin Grin
Flat, featureless expanses of poo coloured water is just no good! Cheesy

Also, as already mentioned, standard building blocks - variety of small snappable bricks, smaller various sized wooden planks, roof tiles, better flooring and working detail items like the pc, which explode when shot at and working lights for night maps - like the pc version.

The ability to create tunnels without using the natural rock brush - it never matches the the surrounding terrain, and you can always see the edges.

Oh....and lastly, I hope they don't fix the elevator glitch, I love that, and there's no better way to travel upwards quickly, stairs take forever, just wish there was a better way to travel downwards as quick, rather than water jumps or angled pipes.

[*rant over*] Grin

I'd like to see those escalators.  I've tried to make them before, but I could only make them go up, or up and then down if you stack the elevators like a pyramid (short to tall to short in a line).

I just grabbed that map, and they work pretty well - not as smooth as the elevators, but still, they do indeed go up and down - very cool.
I did find that the downward one threw you out to the side every now and then, but nevertheless kudos to the mapper - cynoisdead.

I loved this map yoz, hugely enjoyable - I was laughing my a$$ off watching people drop from the flying boat platform, and trying to pick them off with a sniper rifle whilst falling - we were all dropping like flies all over the place, great work yoz, it's hilarious. I tried to get a 'loop-the-loop' in the jeep, but I guess it's in there for show - I died spectacularly, and didn't even get close Cheesy

I've been curious about capture cards DEEZ, I've often thought about creating some FC2 vids, at the risk of going off topic, I wonder if you could tell me which one you use?

I have one for my PC, but I'm assuming you would need one specific to the PS3 - besides, my pinnacle capture card is a bit old now and never worked that well anyway.
