Favorite PS3 FPS?

Just interested in what online FPS you have enjoyed the most so far. I listed the most popular ones I could think of...

My favorite so far was R:FOM. Maybe due to nostalgia, but it was the first big online shooter available and it did alot of things right. The gameplay was simple and rewarded skill, not reaction time. No annoying killstreaks or perks. Had the best online lobby compared to all the other games. I spent more time in RFOM then any other game to date, including FC2.

The Battlefield series is a close second.

It used to be FC2. I haven't played FC2 since mid November and will never play it again, unless for machinima projects or similar stuff.

Other than that I haven't played any apart from BF1943, so I can't really judge, but I would have voted for the Killzone 3 Beta  if it was on the list. Don't pin me down on that, though. I cannot really judge as I said.

I'm gonna go with FC2.

I would say Borderlands... but it didn't have much in the way of Multiplayer. Yes, co-op was awesome, but around 80% or more of the rooms had kids with modded weapons that could screw up your stuff just from being in the room.

FC2, as many ridiculous flaws as it had, is still my favorite. Had everyone not bailed off of it like a train headed for a cliff, I might still be playing it.

And if Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion counted, I'd vote for that, no doubt. But while it is First person, it's not really a shooter so...

Id have to agree with Negrumir. FC2 for me as well.

For all its faults the editor and game play was a lot of fun. It developed a great community with all the competative mapping going on.

RFOM was a very close second.

I voted for black ops and the game mode barebones pure...just a gun and some bullets and 1 grenade...everything else is disabled.

MAG is a rewarding game to learn but the fun factor is lacking.
Farcry2 controls are a bit sluggish for my taste yet the fun factor is high.
Killzone2 looks outstanding and the level design is great, i just don`t like to run trough cement....
Cod games are fun and i like the game speed and reaction shooting, The looks are medicore an after 6 versions i`m done whit it.
Resistance2 online is a bit hectic for my taste, i loved the single player.
Battlefield bad company is fun when you finally find some one to shoot, i don`t like the long walks and then being ran over by a tank.

Killzone3 is looking like a sweet multi player game atm and i hope it can replace cod for me.

Though I spend most my in-game time playing CoD, I think FC2 is better.. Whenever I play it I just have a freaking good time, laughing and running around, unrelated to me playing a bit sucky, or being a GOD.. hehe. When I play CoD, I get frustrated and angry every time I die, and if I fail at getting my chopper gunner, or the host migration fails or anything like that, I start yelling and swearing.. FPS without killstreaks rewards, or at least limited like CoD4, are great, and it removes pretty much all the reasons for my frustration. Only time i rage on FC2, is when people take my maps and republish them, under their own username.. like CDG Proxima Cantauri; a random guy added a lot of junk and bullshit to the map, and published it not that I really care so much, my own map has the most downloads and plays, but it's still kinda unnecessary hehe

Any news on FC3? I heard they are working on something, but they don't want to let any information go public..

I like the playstyle of CoD4 best, but Far Cry 2 has more replayability.
And it's just more fun because every game isn't so linear.
