@Bongo: Damn!

Get well man, I didn't know you were ill.
lol Neg. My videos unfortunately can't be hollywood-like and 100% proffessional-looking, not to mention tiny test videos that underwent some experimental zoom effects in order to partially get rid of the 3rd-person effect due to unchangable camera angles.

The problem starts here: Rendering 1080p videos will make my comp lag like hell, so I have to downscale it to 720p. That lowers the quality a bit (when making GTA IV videos, I can skip that step). After that, my videos usually go through an array of editing/cutting/rendering processes, which lowers the quality a lot. I'm using 3 video editing programs in general at the moment, tending to use more. For this video, 3 have been used. One program can't do what the other can, and either way. There's no super program that has all in 1, so I use 3.
Next problem: Font effects. These are annoying to make, especially for these kinds of videos. Those magma letters were not hard to make at all as it consisted of two presets,
but I had to render it separately, which was a long and annoying step. I used that effect in another video too. Also, there's a slight difference between full movies and trailers; I would consider groovy font effects more necessary in trailers than in full movies. That's an idiosyncracy I kinda learned from real movies.
Next problem: Video effects/inserting new objects into a video w/ motion. (This has not been the case in this video) For the accomplishment of that I have to really sit and literally force myself to get it done. It's probably the most exhausting and annoying step during the whole editing phase. Hell, a simple 2D object integration is a tedious thing. Best (and only) example so far: The short grappling hook scene in my GTA IV machinima "The Peeper 2". I've never worked with 3D object integration, but I guess I wouldn't have the patience to do that.
Next problem: Voice acting, sound effects. Man. This is annoying like hell too. Especially the voice acting part, which I usually make using TTS-Software only. Now the problem is that you can't use that type of "voice acting", which is like robots trying to talk, in every movie. And and and...
For a halfway decent video I have to go through at least some of these steps... but there are way more problems in the way, I could continue the list endlessly.
This 30-sec-video has been made within about 10 minutes (recording and rendering steps excluded). Plus, I went through only a part of these steps mentioned above when making this video.
Thus of course a hollywood-movie cannot be expected.

(That stuff I mentioned above counts for the video editing I did in general, not for this particular vid)
