I've been working on this map a bit. Won't get much chance to work on it the rest of the weekend, but it's nearly constructed. The immensely detailed plane that maxpower made is over 5k. I took nearly 1k off of it by removing two rows of seats. It's fine, because it still has 4 rows of seats in the plane. I put the roof on most of the building and just need to finish the part of the building towards the front and the perimeter of the map. I'll keep you posted.

Sounds like you took out a section of the coach seats...shouldn't even be noticeable for gameplay. Did any of those other details I left on the map help? Did you like my Jet fighter lol? Can't wait to see it...maybe a sneak preview?

Yeah, you don't even notice the seats are gone, except that there is more room to run to the back of the plane. Yeah, I used your terminals with a slight adjustment. I'm also going to use your luggage cars. I would've never taken the time to make that airplane, but you did an excellent job. The jet fighter is cool, but I'm not sure if I'm going to use it. It's over 1,000memory and I think I'm going to need all of the memory I can stretch. I've already put walls in place of additional background scenery, so I can stretch the amount of memory that I got left.
I got most of the building constructed and I'm around 25k. That doesn't include any out of bounds imagery, multiplayer items, or details within the level. I need to finish the front portion of the building and the outside around the planes. Then detail goes in followed my multiplayer items, and whatever's left will go to outer details.

That plane was probably the hardest thing I've built. I had tried once before and had everything but the nose done...the nose and tail were always the problem. It became a personal challenge to finish one...I think that's as close as I'm ever going to get it.
Wasn't sure about those luggage carts...I was messing around trying to figure out how to do them. If you think they look ok then that's cool...

Well I'm not going to make any different luggage carts, lol. I got more space left than I thought I would at this current point. Not a lot of space to put occlusion blocks so I might keep the extra space on the map so it doesn't lag too bad. I'll have it done tomorrow.

This map looks fantastic. Stayed true to the original and added some nice touches. Amazing job on the roofs. The background stuff looks awesome too...thanks for making it all work out. Love the barrels on the emergency chute...perfect fit.
Found a few minor things. The counter in the burger town area need to be lowered, noticed a few flickers around, and you can get off the map easily by the second plane. Maybe a security fence added there would fix it.
Outstanding job...are you going to stick with the name as is? Or add COD on the front?

Thanks. I thought the barrels added a nice touch. Burger town counters? I'll take a look when I get home. Yeah I know you can get out, but you'll die if you do. It's set for out of bounds. I think the MW2: prefix is good since it's referred to by that more often than Call of Duty. Let me know if you see anything else, there is about 1,500 object memory left on the map.

hey, I don't know if I should post this under this subject, but anyways; do you think one of you guys could do some recording for me? I got this upcoming map, gonna call it Life in Africa, or Animal Life or something like that. it is an african environment based map, where i made giraffes and crocodiles and stuff and i might make lions if I got the time. the animals are not that incredibel, not as good as jumodu's animals, but you see what they are suposed to be ;P I really would like to get this map posted on some forums and maybe on youtube, but I don't have a capture card, and i don't got the money for it right now.
Do you think you might got some time during next week? i would really appreciate it if you got the time (: if not, no worries..

Hey Deez...since you have a bit of space left, I'm going to finish that cockpit with a few details. Also, I found a few pieces on my 'Herbie' the luggage carts that are out of place and want to touch those up. I will go ahead and fix those counters at the burger town too. There's a row of chairs that are out a little bit in the bottom part of the terminal I'll fix, and a few flickers I noticed. I'll prob have it all done shortly then I'll email it to you to check out and add anything else you want to.

I moved the out of bounds inside the fence line and added some more spawn points. 12 total for each side.

No this isn't my updated one, but I'll use it. Thanks for fixing my flat screens, that works well. I kept looking at them like they were just pictures on the counter, but they work now. I'll just adjust the border and add the spawn points that I added earlier and a bit of cover by the outside diamond.
